About

I’m a London based editor and writer focusing on books and the arts. As the Junior Commissioning Editor at the New Statesman I predominantly work on the literary and cultural half of the magazine where I edit pieces across a variety of topics, while also commissioning time-sensitive arts pieces for web only.

Before journalism I was a dancer who trained in various styles for over a decade. Coming off the stage, I fell back in love with foreign languages which pushed me to study two modern languages with International Relations at university helping me reach fluency in Spanish, Russian and Polish on top of English. In my free time, when otherwise not taken up by sewing or some form of crafts picked up during lockdown, I try to add to my linguistic repertoire.
